[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the black stainless exterior; it doesn't show fingerprints. Outstanding features that I appreciate are the half shelf that slides in place; it's perfect for extra tall pitchers. I like the pull out meat drawer I like the temp displays. I like that a tone sounds when the door is left open too long. He Who Shall Be Nameless has been tattled upon by this feature. I'm still adapting to the two handed water dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with all appliances these days, little customer service to speak of, delivery left a scratch and hinge lube smeared all over that weeks of cleaning later has still left residue. At this price point (and hype) I would have expected better delivery, and a no-smear/prints exterior finish. Still, an attractive refrigerator in stainless and had the most stable and spacious veggie bins of all we viewed.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a side-by-side refrigerator and was a little worried that I wouldn't like the French Door style. But my worries were in vain. I absolutely love this refrigerator. My old KitchenAid (which is about 10 years old) still works and I put that in my garage, but wanted a new one for my kitchen. Since I am a senior citizen, I like the fact that I don't always have to bend over to get things out of the refrigerator part. People are always using that part more than the freezer, so I guess I wanted more convenience. I am so happy with my purchase.
