Great features, quiet operation, and good looks...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a few weeks now, and am pleased with my purchase (rounding out my KitchenAid appliance trio). Plenty of drawer and shelf customization options. Interior LED lights are plenty bright for seeing all of the contents easily. Water dispenser delivers cold water quickly. I would like to see more (and easier) adjustments to the freezer shelves/drawers. Ice maker produces smallish ice cubes which can be a benefit when using narrow-mouthed water bottles. I was a little surprised by the gray color of the sides (not stainless - my own fault...this was the ONLY thing I didn't look at in my research), but don't notice them any more.
Overall, happy with my purchase, and KitchenAid products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge as part of my full appliance suite from Kitchen Aid. I was tossing around a few different brands but none of them offered exactly what I wanted. I wanted the convenience of ready made ice and filtered water, but I did not want water and ice on the door, as I don't like how much room it takes up inside the fridge. I wanted one with an internal water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer, and I also wanted black stainless in color. All other options only offered 1 or 2 of my wants; the Kitchen Aid offered all of the options I wanted and I got the added plus of having the Kitchen Aid name. Was the perfect solution!

Kitchen aid French Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with my new home purchase and I was thrilled it was a Kitchen aid because of their reputation. I am not a super fan of the bottom drawer but not because it doesnt work just because I really wanted two bottom drawer but that was not an option in this transaction. I am surprised by the space in this fridge and am happy overall. I am mixed about the water being inside the fridge. Its nice to not have the water on the outside because it can get messy, but it is not very convenient to open the fridge everytime I need filtered water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After problems with our 3.5 yo refrigerator (another manufacturer) that were not repairable, we decided to simplify features and go with this model. We were pleasantly surprised! Food stays cold, interior ice maker makes plenty of ice, interior water dispenser works like a charm, and we love the additional room that it affords in the upper area. It is noisier than the old one when making ice, but not terribly noticeable or distracting. Pleased so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this and had a problem with it within the first year. It makes a popping and clicking sound constantly. Of course, it started doing this soon after we purchased the matching stove and dishwasher. We are having it serviced next week. We hope it is repaired and we are able to enjoy these appliances for years to come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
