[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for a little over a week. So far, it runs fairly quiet. I like the refrigerator layout on top and am happy that there is a digital readout of the temperatures of both the freezer and refrigerator. However, the freezer on the bottom does not hold as many items as my side by side version did. I am not happy that the black finish is not durable. You cannot spray Windex on it as it will ruin the finish. You also cannot wipe it with a paper towel or have any magnets, as the finish will be scratched. For a household item that is used by many people, several times a day, you shouldn't have to be worried about ruining the exterior finish. I have a Whirlpool dishwasher and microwave oven. Both have black shiny finishes that are very durable. I have sprayed them with Windex and wiped them with a paper towel many times, so I don't understand why this finish is so different.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Refrigerator about a month. I am very happy with water dispenser on the inside, instead of on the door. There is a lot of space on the inside of doors. I really like the bottom freezer with the basket separators for storage.
