Great interior layout with the three drawers

I've had the unit about 3 months now and love the great use of space. I looked a long time for a 3 drawer system and I have not been disappointed with this unit. The adjustable door shelves are very big and accommodate a lot of smaller bottles and sauces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I agree with other customers that items in the top rear area and on the left would freeze, also items in the back of the middle (cheese/deli) drawer would freeze which makes sandwich preparation quite difficult! Cleaning was also quite challenging. The ice dispenser would frequently get jammed and then spit out ice cubes that went all over the floor. When the computer display started malfunctioning it was crazy expensive to repair (hundreds of dollars). Now the fridge and freezer are totally dead and I am packing the food in ice in coolers to salvage what I can. We have only had this fridge about 3 years so this is all very disappointing for such a large purchase. Freezer is very narrow so can't fit a frozen pizza - there is a slot in the upper right to put one upright, but no more than one.

Nice but not well thought out

It's a sharp looking appliance and sufficiently does its job, but could use improvements. To remove the drawers and baskets, tools and safety glasses are needed. The manual actually specifies this. Clean up becomes quite the ordeal and shouldn't be. The water dispenser is positioned in the front instead of toward the back where you would press a cup, so spills happen frequently. I've heard that hi-efficiency fridges are noisy, and this one is no exception. It's not LOUD but it is always making some sort of sound.

I love it for it's space and organization but I hate that it makes so much noise. I would recommend Electrolux as a brand but not this specific refrigerator.

Typically, the compressor operates at a higher pressure when first starting and the noise should disappear as the refrigerator continues to run and balance pressures. Modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Poor fro the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my Lennar new home. It will not level. The floor has been replaced and yet it still will not level. Also, it does not get cold enough, the doors do not match up and the water comes out room temp. Bad, bad, bad experience. No less that 8 tech have been here and nothing makes it level or perform well. Nobody will read this and nobody will help I am almost certain. Very, very disappointed.

too many issues, so far...

The latest issue we've had--the difficulty in removing the 3 drawers for cleaning. REALLY, may I quote...'Wearing safety glasses, gently place a flat-head screwdriver behind the snap between the metal slide and the crisper pan. Carefully rotate a quarter (1/4) turn. Do not use a prying motion as this may damage your crisper. Lift the front slightly and remove the drawer.' Again, really!? Never, ever had issues in cleaning a refrigerator. By the time the removal was complete, the refrigerator's temp had began to rise, quite rapidly. Quickly closing the door wasn't enough, and it continued rising for 50 minutes (the door remained closed) and went to 55", then 'HI' temp, then the alarm sounded. After clearing the alarm, the temp them dropped back to 37" after about an hour.
