Samsung is the best!!

My very first DVD player was a Samsung and it still works!! This new 3D Blu-Ray player is no different when it comes to quality. I'm still learning about all the features and how to use them but so far it's been amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone as it is my opinion that Samsung is the absolute best when it comes to quality products.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, design and appearance

Really missed the mark

This product had the potential, given todays technology be so much more. It is very slow to come up. The browsing is very clumsy. It is painfully slow to input characters using the remote. I guess this is a way to encourage you to buy the keyboard. The networking stops working, for no apparent reason. Settings are all correct, it just gives a useless error relating to network interference. Eventually, it starts working again. Features that are supposed to be available, don't seem to be. Like iView for abc.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, slow interface
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does its job

Good player. I have SamsungTV and I love how it automatically turns TV on when powered up and how it automatically changes input when turned on.
It does not remember my place when I turn off movie half way through all the time. Not sure if that is the fault of the player or the movie. This never happened with my old DVD player.
I don't use Internet with Blu Ray since I have a Smart TV.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: doesn't remember my spot in movie

Not excellent but very good player. Quality of picture - (dvd, blue ray and 3D) is excellent. SmartHub is slow (even with my wired connection). Good remote. Came bundled with TV and 2 pairs of 3d 3100GB glasses so it was a really good deal. Startup is a little slower than I would have thought but not too bad.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

Player works very well wish it would of came with a hdmi cable
and some 3d glass since that's what I bought it for was the 3d
movies to be played
