Sturdy but not too hefty. Well-balanced. Lids fit well and are a breeze to wash - no unnecessary crevices. Handles stay cool to the touch. Both long pan handles and short pot handles feel stable and comfortable in your hands. The set is gorgeous. I keep them on open shelves. Unfortunately, the bases are uneven. There's a slight rock on my glass top stove. It's my only disappointment.

This set is very pretty, has a nice weight to it, not too heavy, not too light. There is a learning curve to cooking with them, which I haven't quite got down yet, so I've had to use some elbow grease to get stuck on food off, but they clean up nice. Took one star off because the edge of one of the pans arrived bent.
