I bought these since my husband has begun to cook more and never uses enough oil making cleanup of my stainless pans a bear. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and they did well and were a breeze to clean.
I do not like that the rivers are on the inside of the pans though. Food tends to cling on them. Also heat distribution could be better. I’ve noticed while cooking bacon that I have to play musical chairs for all the pieces to cook evenly.
