It has been a few months now and I have been trying to figure out how to cook with the frying pans! Seems like no matter the temperature everything sticks to them...I use a top grad Greek olive oil and have never had problems with the Cusinart NON-STICK Brown pans, but the instructions from the GE manufacturer said not to use them on the Black Glass top Electric stove. SOO, we bought this set. I love the POTS, they are the perfect size and I have had great luck with them. Any suggestions?!!?

We bought our new set in November and it has been great. We did find that you have to cook at a lower tempature; the pans heat up quickly & food will stick if cooking too hot.

We've been using these pans for a while now and they look fantastic, but everything sticks and they andre difficult to clean. They end up with swirl marks from the scouring pads required to actually remove the food cooked on them and you have to hand dry them or they end up with spots. But hey they look great on the above the island pot rack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this set several months ago, and so far - so good! We're quite happy with it. The weight of the cookware is such that my wife can handle it - but not thin or cheap in any way. It cleans up very easily and so far - nothing has stuck. As with all cookware, I'll know better in 2 or 3 years. It was also pretty reasonably priced compared to many other brands. I would recommend this to anyone.

I've had a great time with this set. It's my first stainless set, so it took a bit of getting used to in order to feel comfortable with cooking temperatures and not having everything stick. It's advised not to use nonstick cooking spray, but it's the only way I can reliably do a fried egg every time. The pans are not getting discolored or having any build-up because of this.
Overall, the set is beautiful to look at. So shiny! The interiors will scratch, of course, even with a bamboo utensil set. No big deal. My dishwasher cleans them perfectly every time, even with baked on crud.
To be completely honest, this set MAY do some things better than my previous nonstick set can, but so far all I've really noticed is a SLIGHTLY crispier texture on some foods. In the future, I will get a nonstick set because the cleaning and cooking process in these is just a nuisance for a low-level home cook like myself. Again, this set is amazing, it's just not a great match for a generic cook like me.

I received the cookware for Christmas. I really love that the pans sit flat on my smoothie range. This makes them cook food evenly. The only problem I have is whatever you cook leaves an impression on the bottom of the pan.
