[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this oven installed. The installers noticed that there was a piece of trim missing from the bottom. They ordered it for me and came back when the piece arrived. When the installers tried to apply the missing piece of trim, they noticed that another piece was missing to attach to first piece of trim to, so they ordered that part. I am now waiting for the second piece of trim to arrive. I'm wondering, what kind of quality control allows an appliance to leave the factory with missing pieces?

Everyone who visits notices immediately how nice looking it is. So far everything has cooked to perfection. Only compliant thus the 4 stars- when heating up makes a rather loud buzzing sound- which then stops once heated.
