A classic with a twist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great spin on the classic version. They are fun to eat. My only complaint is that they have a slight platstic taste to them. That goes away once you chew a bit but you don't get that with the ropes.

My wife's new favorites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's face it - different people have different tastes. Me? I've always been a black licorice fan, and the darker the better. My wife (and most of the rest of humanity) prefers red licorice. She's always been a Redvines fan, probably because that's what she would get in the movie theater when she was a little girl. So when I gave her a handful of Twizzlers Cherry nibs, she said, "Aren't these a little small to be licorice?" Smart aleck. I told her they were perfectly portioned to maximize flavor. She smirked a little bit, but popped one into her mouth. "This isn't from Redvines," she said. "How can you tell?" I asked. "For one, it's softer and doesn't break my teeth." And with that I knew I had her. "They're from Twizzlers," I said, "And they're bite-sized 'nibs'." She asked for more, but I offered to go buy her a pack of her Redvines instead. "That's okay," she replied. "These are my new favorites." And with that, she grabbed the bag out of my hand and walked away. #truestory

I think they taste similar to a regular twizzler but pack more fruit flavor. They are great to take on a trip and share with the kids. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who likes fruit candy.
