We're waiting for a major repair or replacement

We're waiting for a major repair or replacement on our new double wall oven; so it may not be fair to rate the product just yet. Basically the glass interior is flaking off whenever we use the oven. Not good. As we wait for Whirlpool to make a determination, we are collecting little blue glass shards.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had a Kitchen Aid double over for over 15 years. I was sad when they died. Replacing them with the newer version was a no brainer and I have to say, I LOVE the new ones even more than the old one. I love to bake and these ovens are up to the task.

It was out of necessity that I had to purchase this item. My selection was limited because of install space; however, I am happy with this new, exciting appliance. It is beautiful but is a little higher and larger than my l988 model.
