Just Love It!

This is the first time that I purchased your product and it certainly won't be the last time!! I just love the fact that it is easy to operate, as well as, that the shredder seems to take care of itself. When I turn it on, it automatically clears itself of any previous paper and that, I feel, is a major plus!! I also like the fact that the paper is shredded into very small pieces and feel that this was one the major factors for me because of the possabilty of "identify theft", it is a very imprtant feature...thank you!!
Pros: Quality Construction, Jam Resistance, Safety Features, Quiet Operation, Secure Cut Size, Mess Reduction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Sheet Capacity, Warranty, being visually challenged i feel very safe.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would recommend this shredder for it quality and performance. I've owner it for over a year an have had no problems. The credit card shredding is great as is the large basket that catches the shredding.

The DS-I Cross-Cut Shredder is one of the best purchases I've made in the past couple of years. It is very functional and looks good too. The cross-cut feature gives me extra security, knowing that my shredded documents aren't readable. The fact that this shredder also cuts plastic credit cards, and can also take small paper clips and staples, adds to its overall efficiency. I also appreciate the easy way the basket can be emptied. I would (and have) recommended the DS-I Cross-Cut Shredder to my family and friends.

Jams continually with 10 or less sheets. I rarely regret a purchase this much.

This is ideal for anyone with small to moderate shredding needs. Safe to have around children with it's safety features, easy to empty, little mess when emptying, fast, not too loud, and it doesn't interfere with my computer speakers or cell phone!
