I had an iPhone for years before I finally decided to take the leap and switch to an Android device. I was originally going to get a Samsung phone (I wish I had), but the sales representative at Verizon convinced me the LG G3 was a bigger bang for my buck. I really enjoyed the phone, it was fast and the screen resolution was great, not to mention the pictures I took with the camera were phenomenal. The battery life could have been better. A month into enjoying this new phone, which I kept in a case at all times, I pulled it out of my purse one day to see that the screen was completely cracked and the LCD no longer worked. I'M EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that my new phone which I never dropped or banged on anything, was cracked so severely, especially in the case. I would not recommend this phone to anyone as I've dropped previous phones and they survived without damage, but this phone shattered without even being dropped. So sad and upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have not had my G3 a month yet, but so far I like it. A couple of things I would like to see updated is; 1. When sending a text, in addition to the flag notifications, have the phone emit a sound when the text is sent. And 2,
In the contacts section, if a family has several phone numbers, make it possible to type in whose phone it is, rather than having to have several "other" phone numbers. The only way I have found to clarify that is to create a "note" to label whose phone it is

In currently using the LG G3 and it is so great.I think you guys are the only company I will get my phones from because they come with great specs and awesome screen sizes and software.

Great for a first time Smart Phone user

Finally went to a Smart phone and the LG G3 was our only choice, Great pictures easy Wi-Fi setup and all around simple to use, We can't compare since this is the first, but we would recommend the LG G3 to anybody that's a first time user

Best smartphone out there

Thank you LG for keeping the features that people want and not making another iphone clone. I want an SD card slot and I want to be able to replace the battery with a spare when far from electricity!!
not that I have to do it often because the battery lasts for a long time. I replaced a Galaxy Note 2 with this phone. The screen is only about .1" smaller than my old phone but the overall size is very much smaller!!! I have had this phone for a month and I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is going wrong with this thing and only had it a few months. I absolutely hate it! First LG product I can absolutely despise to no end. I want another phone but cant. Such a waste of money and still paying for the stupid thing.

Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am one month outside of my one year warranty on parts. I am expected to pay to repair a phone that has never worked correctly. Phone has shut down by itself since I purchased the phone. Now the phone will not power up. The phone can not be reset to factory settings nor can the phone be started in safe mode.
