Excellent heat and burner controls

I was so happy to finally be able to replace my old cook top with a tried and true coil type. This model is designed well, and has nearly infinite heat control on the burners. I also appreciate the fact that it can be lifted for cleaning in the event of a spill over.

Elements heat up fast, seem to stay at a consistent level. For the price it is a great value. Only negative is that with the black cooktop is a bit difficult to get grease/splatters off and keep it shiny. But I am very pleased with the performance - and cook a lot, and love to cook!

I bought this stovetop wondering if I had made the right choice on the old fashion coil top stove and I absolutely made the best choice ever!! It only takes a few minutes to get a pot of water boiling!!

Was a little leery bcause of the 'jiiggly' element mentions in some reviews but I wanted front controls so took a chance and am glad I did. Cook top looks better installed than it does in photos and everything seems quite secure and steady.
Heats up very quickly, too.
