Cook top Range

I haven't gotten this range cooked up yet so I'm not sure how it cooks; but, the stainless steel metal is flimsy and seems to be easy to bend. I will use it cautiously and remind myself to watch lifting it to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All burners and everything else work very well. We like being able to lift the top to clean underneath.

Absolutely love this stovetop! This replaced a 4 yr. old pricey gas stovetop that was a bear to keep clean. Had to lift out very heavy full coverage grates every night to clean the stove, and the gas deposits around the burners were impossible. Also did not like the super high btu burner...just a little too much power! This GE is so easy to keep clean and to cook on and it looks beautiful on my black counter top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this as a replacement for a very old, very good GE cook top. The newer one far surpasses the original in every way.

Back large burner tilts

Back large burner tilts and when I place a pan on the burner, juices, etc. run to the front of the burner. I have to place the pan to the back, slightly off the burner. I am VERY unhappy with this product. I have tried switching with the front burner, but the same thing happens.

Ordered based looking online for replacement of GE radiant pofile cooktop installed 2002 entire kitchen remodel. Recent glass coffee pot tap hit corner & shattered corner did not break coffee pot.
