Outstanding alternative to iOS phones

I purchased the Note II as an upgrade to my previous phone from another manufacturer. The android operating system was easy to learn and has a significant amount of flexibility. I was able to customize the phone to suit me, which was something I could not do on my other device. After using the Note II for about 2 months I am extremely pleased with it. The processor is fast, the touch screen is accurate and responsive and the large screen is great for video as well as web surfing. The stylus comes in handy, although admittedly, I have not found a lot of use for it yet.
The only complaint that I have is that the plastic frame (not the actual back of the phone, just the edges) is easily damaged. Any kind of impact will dent the plastic, and it isn't easily replaced or repaired.
If you are considering a change from the other popular Smartphone brand, I would highly recommend spending some time playing with the Note II before you make a final decision.
Ive been using the Galaxy Note 2 for a few weeks now and ive gotta say its the best mobile phone ive used hands down.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, battery life, enhanced s pen, quad-core, jelly bean out of the box
Cons: plastic look and feel
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am happy with this device. I like the features yet don't get a few of the choices samsung made. 1 would be the fact that apps can't be stored on the sd card. 2 The S pen is useful yet some stuff advertised doesn't work as seamless as one would believe. 3 The build while sturdy, I question the longevity some more solid material and weight. I know personal preference, but putting it out there. 4 The replacement reasons first couldn't text sd card swap didn't work new unit #2 I believe they call it a burst or pixel burn and all of a sudden the flash just went of and keep going off. unit #3 on the way fingers crossed great unit. Now The rest! The battery life is good even with heavy use 2 You can not only do multiple screens you can run multiple sound apps at the same time. This device is something to be held and used explored and happy overall. The above is a pain, but I tend to not have the best luck with devices. I have a track record less that stellar. If a device has a problem I seem to be one of the unlucky ones. In the end great device, web shows very low problems and I believe it! Treat yourself the size takes a day or two to shrink and a week to disappear.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: to light, slippery

How do you pick a "Favorite" function?

with so many Amazing features and functions, I can honestly say that I cant pick a single Favorite. every day I find a new function simply by a friend or co worker asking if my phone can do this or that or how I like such and such feature... I am BEYOND impressed and will NEVER go back to iPhone again... I tell EVERYONE I meet about my Awesome Note 2 and have even let a person or 5 play with it when they ask about it (i.e. standing in line, grocery shopping, taking kids to the park, etc.)the photos are Spectacular, and who doesn't LOVE the idea of Best Face feature? when one person or another is being goofy, you can still get that Perfect photo... the text to call feature when you realize you just have a little too much to tell to simply text the conversation, move the phone to your ear like you are talking to that person and it dials them instantly... the facial recognition phone lock, splashtop (ABSOLUTELY could not function without this now!) the one handed operation, the driving mode, talk to text, verbal command feature and last but not least, the stylus... Who doesnt LOVe that nifty lil thing?!?! I LOVE them all and look forward to all the new and exciting functions I can discover each day! Thank you for creating such a Fabulous device!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, many features, many functions, awesome play store

Very Nice Phone! :)

I have the AT&T Version, and I have to say I really like the phone. The phone is a really fast and powerful phone, I don't have much problem with it being too big, because I use it more for gaming, texting, and e-mailing, I don't usually use it for talking anyways. Multi-touch works like a charm, and I usually get good LTE coverage wherever I go. I do think a drawback for the AT&T version is the bloatware, and the inability to remove them. Another drawback was the packaging, and its contents. My friend received the Sprint version and it came in a nicer box, with headphones. Though the reason why I didn't stay with sprint, is because the network in my workplace was none to maybe 1 bar which would end up draining my battery. His also can delete the Sprint bloatware programs.
Overall its a great phone :)
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight, good battery
Cons: at&t bloatware - wish att can't control apps
I would recommend this to a friend!
