INADEQUATE packaging for shipping

I love the look and the sturdiness of the product itself. Suggest using "S" hooks to keep the mesh sides from falling out. The mesh screens are a weak point, but care to remove rust (naval jelly), sanding and repainting will extend the products life. My real complaint is that the manufacturer should improve the container to stand up to shipping. It arrived on my doorstep completely falling apart. Still looking for damage to product.

I like the removable side screens

I bought this about two months ago and used several times it is great It burns the wood completely and the removable side screens makes it easy to attend to the fire.
I purchased some 16"X16" patio pavers about 12 of them and placed it on level ground as a base. I do not use this fire place to grill on but the grand kids will make toasted marshmallows

great price finish ( porcelin)is easy to clean the grate is holding up very well/ but the little asbestos //socks //on the feet are useless they fell off and cant find them in the ashes the one screen ( large ft.or back ) twisted and does not fit flush anymore after 1st use BUT OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND WOULD BUY AGAIN this is used about once every 2 weeks in spring, summer and fall thanks

The fire place lasts for many years .After many great fires it still rocked. The only reason I replaced the old one was we replaced everything on the patio. I was glad to see the same one available. Set for many years to come.

This is one of the BEST outdoor fireplaces out there. It was the finishing touch my back yard needed. Its nice to end a busy day with a warm fire. Customer service is the best too. had a problem and they fix the problem promptly. Great Product
