Third time is the charm?

My previous 2 Whirlpool over the range microwaves both went out within a year...issue with the wave guide. They were the same model replaced under warranty. This is a new model. So far this new one is performing great. It looks good and has some great features; over and above the previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heats items quickly

I really haven't had an appliance like this before. It is so compact, cooks items quickly and is amazingly simply.

Wanted to replace with the same model!

When looking to replace our "worn out" microwave, we insisted on replacing it with the same model . . . or something as close as possible.Why?Because we had enjoyed excellent use and function from this Whirlpool model. No need to switch, to do comparison shopping!And the sales and service folk were very helpful. We made the deal on the phone, went to the store to pick it up, and installed it ourselves.Thanks, Whirlpool!

Too loud

Microwave is too loud. Do not like that you have to hit cancel every time your are done cooking to get the microwave back to the clock. Would like different defrost settings for example one for defrosting soup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice product with easy to use features

Bought this to replace another microwave that died. Easy to use with often used features. Reheat is especially useful. It gently heats the food without causing boil over or splatter. If it does splatter, the inside is a breeze to clean. Nothing sticks! Hopefully it will last a good long time unlike it's predecessor.
