This product has great features.

I love my microwave, BUT I purchased it and paid much, much extra for the convection feature. Unfortunately, the manual comes with very, very limited info on the features. I don't even know what features I have, as the teeny manual lists all of the ones available and says "On Certain Models" and I don't even know if mine has those features or not, SO,,,I like what I CAN do with it, but am pretty sure I can do a lot more if I knew excactly how to do it. (I tried downloading the manual from online, and it is the same puny little bitty printout as came with the oven.)

Great Features and Excellent Addition to Any Kitchen

We have always gravitated toward Whirlpool products and have not been disappointed with our new microwave/convection oven combination. It looks like a microwave but does so much more. That combined with our Whirlpool stove/oven makes are kitchen complete and a joy in which to cook.

love the fact of the fact of the triple convenience with exhaust hood, microwave, and convection. especially on holidays when there are twenty or so people here.

Almost Perfect.,....

This product is, as I said, almost perfect. I love the additional options like steaming, baking, etc. There are just a couple of things that it doesn't do that I'd like to see in the next one, though that could take a long time hopefully.Overall I'd give it a 9.5++ :) :)

This has been the greatest addition to our kitchen in years! I love that I can bake a cake or pork chops or anything in the middle of summer without heating up the house like with a traditional oven. Whirlpool makes excellent, long lasting quality products! I love it!

Not sorry, but...

I'm not sorry I bought this, however there is nothing in the manual on how to work with the convection. When you turn it on it defaults to 4 hours. I have a college degree and can't figure out how to make it run fo 10 minutes to heat my pizza. There was a minor dent in it when I got it. Judging by the location and the good condition of the packing material I assume it left the factory that way. All that said we do like the ability to use convection, the company just needs to take the time to work on drastically improving the operating instructions. I have read several reviews that state this - I just wonder if the company reads them...
