I replaced a Whirlpool Microwave (over the range) with another Whirlpool of similar design/features. Previous MWO had a label inside the door (bottom) which gave clear instructions about cooking features.The new MWO requires reference to a written set of instruction which provides cooking directions prior to setting electronic controls for type of food being prepared. You have added another step to food preparation

I wanted this unit for the Accuwave cooking and Clean Releas

I wanted the Accuwave coking system(effective wattage change)and CleanRelease interior-Superior cooking and easy to keep clean-I have not used all the cycles but the Sensor cycles,the soften / melt cycle get a lot of use-The defrost cycle is far,far superior to my old microwave-food does not get partially cooked-the only negative that I see is the brightness of the lights underneath-could be a little brighter-I would recommend this unit to anyone

Very versitle features which make it easy to use

My new Whirlpool Microwave is large enough to accomodate a larger size dish than my previous microwave. We use it daily for at least two meals & fins It heats evenly and the temperature settings are accurate; I haven't experienced scortching or food that was undercooked. The design is sleek, modern & easy to keep clean which is a great help and real time saver. Thanks for making a fine product!

Great operations

There are a lot of things about operating this microwave that is so much different from my old micro. Some of the differences are better some not so good but I'm trying to get used to them. I'm sure most of the differences will work themselves out as I get used to the new one.
