Been a little workhorse

I have had this little printer/fax/scanner for over a year and it has been a nice little workhorse for me. I like the scanner-fax-copier combination. It is not my main printer, but it has been great as a copier and I just put it back online after using it just for copying and it fired right up. My work gave me another machine from a different company and I have tried for a week with their tech support and they just leave me hanging and it won't be recognised by the system. I went back to the MFC-7420 and it fires right up... Thanks for a great little product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't Stand This Printer

This printer misfeeds about every fourth time I print anything - it drives me crazy! If I could, I would throw it right it the trash!
