Big Disappointment & Last Cannon I Purchase
on February 11, 2014

I have used Cannon printers for a decade but this one has so many inadequacies and so many flaws that it turned me to reviewing options. Its black print varies to where it appears like some of the font is italicized which makes important letters have dual meaning to the audience. It has problems duplexing. It cannot do multiple page scanning and its printer cartridge replacement module carries FIVE of the SIX required cartridges. Everything about it seems to be haphazard ... I would not donate this to an elementary school as their printing requirements would exceed this MG6320 model's capacity.

Ink Waster

This printer spends more time wasting ink than actually printing. Do Not buy this money pit.

Software is CPU hog
on March 18, 2014

My Image Garden is a CPU hog. Saving to PDF consumes 90+ cpu continuously, churning ~1 min/pg. Good luck saving more than a few pages at a time. What's up with that? What good is good hardware if you can use it.
Come on Canon, you can do better!!!
Cons: hire a programmer

A Lemon with no Lemonaide
on June 26, 2014

I purchsed two of these printers for different locations. They both perform identically, so there is little chance that one was a lemon. As with so many other reviews, this printer is SLOW to start. One can wait for minutes while it whirls and whines, churning away seemingly forever - unaware that the world around it is turning - just to print a single page. Published reviews indicating that the printer has a reasonable speed clearly used flawed metrics. For the average consumer the clock begins ticking when they hit the "Print" button - not when the first page loads in the hopper.
Ink consumption is the absolute worst on both printers. It seems they can barely produce a handful of pages before calling for a new cartridge. The print quality is high without dispute. Canon would have done itself more justice marketing this as a pure photo printer than anything for general purpose ues.
Pros: Sharp Tones & Colors, attractive
Cons: Slow Print Speed, unreliable, High Ink Consumption, lackluster utilities

Don't waste your money!

This is quite possibly the worst printer I've ever owned or used! I looks great but don't expect anything to work. The touch screen is a joke.
Seriously, save yourself a LOT of frustration and walk away from this printer right now.

PIXMA MG6320 (White)

Like many other reviewers stated, this printer is painfully slow and goes through ink faster than any other printer i have owned. I am a graphic designer and wanted something that had the features i was looking for in a second printer in my office. When and if you Finally get it set up just right, it does a beautiful job of printing. but, my final straw with this printer was, it becomes a big white paper weight if even just one ink run out.I had just replaced all of the ink tanks except the Gray, which no store in my area carried. AlI of the other ink tanks are full and brand new, But I can not Copy, Scan, Print or anything until the empty ink is replaced. I will not be buying this printer again.

Worst purchase ever

Product doesn't work properly. The time it takes to print one page is extremely long, too long. The touch screen doesn't work - and then additional time is needed to power up the computer, scan what I wanted copied and then wait for the image to appear on my computer screen, and then I can print. The whole process takes like 15 minutes. If you have the time to waste waiting for it to print - then go for it. Plus, the toner cartridges don't last long at all. I've been using mine for 3 months and I've replaced one cartridge and now two more need replacement.
Cons: Difficult to use, Slow Print Speed, Difficult Setup, High Ink Consumption, Flimsy Construction

Takes 6 cartridges and printer will stop working if only 1 cartridge is out! The ink is insanely expensive.
