Piece of trash now

I am unable to print a word document. It will only print color text (not the black words in the document). I have checked and replaced all the cartridges, done the print tests and everything is fine. I can print from a Jpeg document and the black prints fine, it is just when I print from a word document that it comes out blank (except for the words in color). When I went to the support online there were no resolutions. I called and Canon said that they no longer provide any type of support for this printer. If you buy it beware that if anything goes wrong you will just end up throwing away your printer and the money you spent.

6320 failed at 1.5 years-Extremely Unhappy

1.5-year-old MG6320 Printer has failed and needs replacement or repair/Canon Tech Support. Ink costs for this printer are extremely high, and 1 month ago went much higher yet when "OK" on view screen stopped working and I have to replace ink tanks still with 2 weeks ink in them in order to print further. Ink level warnings are set way to early and based on copies run, not actual sensing of ink levels. Nozzle Check pattern shows all tanks OK for some time after warnings. This unit has been cantankerous in many ways since new. Prior Canon did beautiful print (photos too), and lasted over 5 years. Since 1989, I've owned several other brand printers and none ever failed. I always replaced one because there was a new model with vastly improved quality or features. So, only Canon printers have actually quit working for me.

worst purchas ever

I bought this printer because the last one was nothing but headaches and I was hoping for one that actually produced what was promised. But alas, this too was a great disappointment. The main issue is the WIFI reception, but it just doesn't do what it's told to do. Besides using ink faster than any other multipurpose printer, it consistently loses the signal and when it regains the signal it takes forever to print. The color isn't true, so my photographs are a disappointment. The final straw was when I tried to print envelopes but no matter what I did , it just slid the envelopes through - one by one, without a drop of ink on any.

The HP has better color quality and the time it takes to print a page is to long. I stopped using it except to scan because

A Great Replacement

This is a great replacement for another Canon all purpose printer. Easy to set up and use. Hidden buttons took a little getting used to but machine performs well. As with all printers I have used over the years, the ink consumption is the main drawback.
Pros: reliable, Compact Design, Easy Setup, durable, Lightweight/Portable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: High Ink Consumption
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Printer EVER!!!!

Do not purchase this printer - you have been warned. It is slow, noisy and after one month of infrequent use, the touch screen does not respond.
I purchased this online and am now yearning for the recommendation of a part-time clerk at the big box local office supply store.

Not The Best Choice
on August 6, 2014

Ihave had this for over a year. I purchased it to print on DVD and CD and some general office printing. The unit is very very slow to start when turning it on and while printing the first page of any project. Once it starts printing it does ok.
The unit is larger than I woudl like, and troublesome to get the wireless function working properly. Also when printing onto DVD or CD you cannot get the file from your pc the unot asks you to insert the media card from your camera. This is a real time waster. Ink usage is a bit more than other models I have used in the past.
The quality of the printing is outstanding for photos and on the printable DVD and CD media. The scanner works fantastic for all types of paper, cards, photos etc. The printer is just ok, Canon makes other models that are much better. But the choice is limited when wanting to print on DVD or CD media.
Pros: Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: Slow Print Speed, Large Footprint, Difficult Setup, High Ink Consumption, wireless setup difficult
