It does the job

The top rack is so stiff when I try to pull it out and same when pushing it back in. It knocks all my dishes around, broken several drinking glasses because of it. Even after a year it has not loosened up. Very frustrating to deal with everyday, many times through out the day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dumb upper rack,dishes flop around. Doesn't hold much. Lower rack wheels are too narrow and get stuck between tracks.Noisey.

I'd rather wash dishes by hand...

When we built our house we paid for "upgraded appliances" and the only thing upgraded about this dishwasher is that dishes get washed twice.
There are no lights to let you know if it's even working, the way the top rack is set up isn't the greatest. My adult cups don't even fit up there, I have to wash them on the bottom rack and hope they don't melt.
And it may be that mine is defected, but the soap compartment doesn't open up and release the soap like it should. And when it does, there is always soap residue on the 'clean dishes'.
This dishwasher definitely isn't worth part of the $4000 extra dollars we paid to have an "upgrade" in our kitchen.

This dishwasher is extremely loud the apparatus that sprays the water is a telescoping apparatus and clicking from one part of the cycle to the next -all of it extremely loud!

A bit small but works okay for now

This dishwasher was installed by the builder of our new home. It doesn't hold too many dishes but meets our needs for now - gets everything clean and dries, too.

The dishwasher cleans the top rack very poorly. This is due to no arm to spray water on the top rack. There is only a stream of water sent from the bottom that gets redirected around the top. Dishes and glasses are poorly cleaned when inverted.
Not many energy saving and water saving cycles.

This is a pretty basic, run of the mill dish washer. It's kind of small inside so it doesn't fit a lot of dishes. But it works fine, and we haven't had any issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
