Okay performance

We purchased this product a year ago, dished sometimes have to be washed twice. Performance is okay but not the best

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry your dishwasher is not cleaning your dishes properly and understand your frustration. For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. Thanks for the review. We understand that water left in your dishwasher can be bothersome, but some water is normal. A small amount of clean water around the outlet on the tub bottom at the back of the tub keeps the water seal lubricated. Outdated and never dries dishes!

This dishwasher seems to wash the dishes alright, but they are SOAKED after each wash. Each time it finishes a cycle the dishes are dripping wet (even when left overnight) to the point that my wife and I have to hand dry every dish prior to putting it away to prevent mold.
The turn dial (used to start a cycle) is very outdated and has an incredibly small margin for error when selecting between “heavy cycle” and “start”. Buttons would be much appreciated to avoid selecting the wrong cycle.
Overall, it feels like something that I would have expected to use in my childhood home growing up, not in 2022, despite this being a relatively new appliance.

Don't spend your money on this.

We recently transitioned into our new residence and, to our dismay, inherited a highly unsatisfactory dishwasher. It appears to necessitate a thorough pre-wash of the dishes in the sink with soap before loading them into the dishwasher, rendering its purpose somewhat redundant. Despite its considerable noise level during operation, which might lead one to believe it’s diligently removing every trace of food residue from your bowls and glassware, the reality is quite the contrary. The dishes often come out with dried food remnants still adhered to them, or a murky film from residual milk. It’s rather disappointing for a dishwasher to return more dirty dishes than clean ones, reflecting its subpar quality. This dishwasher leaves much to be desired, and I would strongly advise against purchasing it, given the multitude of superior quality brands and models available in the market. We have resolved to discard this appliance and replace it with a Bosch model.

Bad quality parts

Timing motor went out and the solenoid burnt up, from what I’ve read online this is a common issue with this product wish there was a recall on this.
