[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher came as part of our appliance package for our new home. It does it's job, dishes come out clean, it's pretty quiet too. However, there's not quite as much room as I'd like inside, the racks seem pretty rickety, and the top rack gets stuck quite a bit when sliding it back in. Since this is a brand new dishwasher it really shouldn't be doing that. All in all it's fine for now, but we will more than likely look for a better model within the next couple of years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible racks!!

The dishwasher works ok, but not the best wash, always have spotted glasses. However in my experience ALL dishwashers have this issue.
My biggest problem is the horrible rack design! No moving pieces, so none of our glasses fit along the 2 end rows on the top rack, plus our bowls don't fit in the bottom racks. Owning several dishwashers prior, this is the worst design I've ever experienced. I've searched for replacement alternatives to no avail. Will be replacing it asap. As other reviews stated, if this model is still available, I highly recommend taking dishes to the store to see if they fit. Because it's useless if you have a set that does not work with the inflexible design.
It is as if whoever let these racks be made never actually put dishes inside to check its functionality! E.g. our drinking glasses are traditional pint glasses that don't fit, & that's a pretty basic glass design/size that should fit in any functioning dishwasher (see pics, however the image doesn't do justice the frustration of loading the glasses that barely fit in the rows).
Also, we have the pooling of water on the bottom of the machine issue intermittently between washes. However, I've read through the troubleshooting suggestions & will try to clear any sentiment that may be the cause.
Lastly, the dishwasher was new when we purchased our home in late 2015 and we already have peeled plastic on the buttons (see pics). Another cheap design issue.

Horrible Dishwasher

This dishwasher came with my new home, the builder used GE in the kitchen. 3 years and some months later it stopped working completely. This is my third home purchase in 22 yrs. First time ever having an issue with a dishwasher.

This dishwasher came with our new construction. It is loud and the cycles are long. After the cycle is complete it beeps. Well mine would not stop beeping. Had to turn it off from the circuit breaker to make it stop. Turned it back on and it continued. It finally went off after pressing the reset button about 20 times. They came and replaced the mother board. This one beeps sometimes after a cycle but not every time. Two of my neighbors say theirs never beeps at the end of a cycle. I would not recommend this low end model, wish I would have known to get an upgrade before closing.

It is a little louder than my past ge stainless steel washers, but it does the job right and is ok a good price range.
