It works, but wouldn't choose it

This was the dishwasher the builder put in our house. I think this is apartment grade. The top shelf is so short. There is not enough room. A lot of our glasses have to go on the bottom shelf because of it. It does work. It does a decent job of cleaning my dishes. I think the use of space could be better.

Dirty Dishes

I use two premium soap pods and a rinse agent. The settings are on heavy wash and high temperature. Dishes are rinsed prior to auto-washing. I have reviewed the loading diagram and follow it. Only dishware is included in the wash, not pots or pans. I have yet to see a totally clean wash. Once the cycle is finished, I must rewash several pieces by hand. Also, this machine is very noisy.

This dishwasher does not provide ample room for your cups up top. I had to replace the original one because it would not drain. Now it leaks occasionally. It does a good job cleaning. The silverware holder takes up a lot of the bottom rack. Will never look at one like this again.

Easy of use.
Just loaded up all dirty dishes.
Closed the latch, push desired button, and start.
After while, All dishes are cleaned and dry.

Unable to repair sticking top rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Repairman was out to repair top rack three times and replaced it twice. It sitll sticks and cannot be pushed into the dishwasher once pulled out. Door has to be shut on it to force the rack back into place. This top rack system is defective. The parts swell after use and it does not seem to be fixable. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

It is made very cheaply. The racks are flimsy. When you open the door the racks slide off the hinges. We use the old silverware basket from the old dishwasher, as it was better made and the knives didn't slide through.
The water level doesn't give enough water, so all dishes have to be washed on pots and pans instead of Normal. That might save on water, but not on electricity. This is the only dishwasher that does not clean well.
On the plus side, it is quiet.
