This appliance came with our new home, so we did not really have a choice. The top drawer sticks and is hard to close. Overall a cheaply made product.

Useless Inside

Difficult to load; doesn't fit many dishes because the holders are loops instead of prongs. Top rack is almost completely useless because the loops are slanted. Top rack is also too shallow for many cups, and loops are too narrowly placed for coffee cups. Also, can't close soap lid, might be broken on brand new appliance.

Good Dishwasher - Basic Features

This was a new dishwasher in a newly constructed home. The upper rack is small and tall or wide cups don't fit and have to go on the lower rack. Dishwasher cleans dishes quite well.

The dish racks are poorly designed. Heavier dishes do not stay vertical, plus there are not enough wider spaces. Door gasket pops out and leaks.

Brand New - Does Not Work

Dishwasher was installed in our new home. after it was full of dirty dishes I added detergent and the detergent cup will not close. Locked the door to run anyway, and none of the buttons on th control panel works, but it started running as soon as I locked the door.

Just had a repairman tell me our pump housing needs to be replaced. The washer is less than 18 months old. Placed in our new house, brand new. Thought it would last longer. Really disappointed.
