Usually has to run twice if we fill it or everything doesn't get clean. Horrible machine.

Didn't last and rusted within months

Doesn't clean well. Drawers started rusting within months. The silverware basket broke in several places within months. Motor burnt out within a couple years.

Leaves a chalky white film on everything that I cannot remove it from my ceramic items. I always use the right products recommended and have followed troubleshooting tips. I've never had a dishwasher do this before. This replaced a 15+ year old unit so I wasn't expecting much, but ruining my dishes is inexcusable.

The only thing I don't like about this dishwasher is that it doesn't have anywhere to put small things, like straws. This appliance came with our brand new house, so I didn't choose it myself, but I like it enough to keep it.

So disappointed!

This new dishwasher is so badly designed. The top shelf sticks every time I open it, and I struggle to move the shelf back on it's tracks. The top shelf is not deep enough to hold wine glasses, which I have to wash on the bottom shelf, and break more easily there. Also my coffee cups don't fit into the side compartments of the top shelves, they are not wide enough. A lot of space is wasted with the design, and I cannot fit my dishes, glasses onto the top shelves with efficiency. The bottom shelf also catches and I struggle to push it in. The wash cycle is ridiculous, with the initial hot water cycle, which wastes precious water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
