I bought this and had the old one out and the new Broan Range Hood in about an hour and a half by myself. Packaged well, easy assembly, fit perfectly! The fan on low is quiet, the fan on high is noticeable in sound but not bad. The light is solid in place with plastic cover. Looks nice, works perfect! I would recommend this range hood to anyone!

After almost thirty years of satisfactory use, my current painted Braun range hood was showing it's age. Looking online, I discovered that Braun still made the same model hood, but in stainless steel. Since my updated stove was now mostly stainless steel, the new Braun unit was a very complimentary addition. And I was delighted to find that installation required no new modifications to the wall or duct work. It took less than an hour to finish the installation.
