Package came with my new hp laptop for an initial period. The fact that I decided to pay the extend the subscription shows how well it has worked so far.

Good protection and detects malware, but I had to scan first

I thought the automatic scans would have caught the malware on my computer, but I had to do a manual scan, and then the program deleted the bad program. Otherwise, good protection and I'm comfortable with it.

Will not down load...Wasted my money. DON"T BUY!

Can not get it to work...paid extra for the disc. thought it would work did not. They have my money...I have nothing.

Better than my last protection

What have I got?

I don't know if this is the product I purchased. I received a CD. I think it's installed, but I keep getting a pop-up that wants me to renew. So I have no idea what it is supposed to do.

I am a Webmaster so protection is of the upmost importance to me, so far no infections but!
I don't care for the way Webroot tags all my sites as "Could contain malware/spyware...
its such a pain to have each site checked by Webroot in order for their unfair tag changed to SAFE..
other then that, its an awesome product!
Please fix this issue for us all Webroot!
