Bluetooth issue persists.

I have Bluetooth off on both my S9 cellphone and Surface pro 4. Yet someone is still connecting thru Bluetooth onto my surface pro 4. The Bluetooth indicator comes on while I connect to my closed hotspot on my S9

Doesn't even open

I purchased it for one year and cant even open it. It keeps telling me I forgot my password and says it sent me an email to change it but I am not getting the email in any folder though it says sent. Worst product ever.

I should have had this product years ago.

I was using Avast and one other popular security product for several earlier years. I installed Webroot when I started using the Geek Squad for support. It detected 1 peace of malware and another of a virus that the earlier products did not detect. Scans are always in the background unless I request a special scan and they do not prevent me from accessing my computer immediately after the boot process like some others do during startup. Great product!

Excellent product

Seems to work very well to stop viruses without pestering me with pop ups about updates for status. One suggestion for improvement. I have installed Webroot on all family computers, including ones that have since been replaced. When I get a renewal notice, there is no indication which computer it is for so I don't pay for something we no longer have.

There is alot of email spam that is indistinguishable from the more important issues such as changes to my account.
