Good Protection

I've been using it for a few years now. It seems to do the job. I did get into trouble going to PInterest, but I remembered Control, Alternate, Delete and that got me out of a scary situation. I'm not sure how much any antivirus software helps us when we go to other websites such as PInterest. I haven't been back there since that happened to me.

Trojan got past webroot

Ran Webroot...nothing. Ran Malwarebytes and it found RiskWare.IFEOHiJack.

Problem with download

I purchased the program, but I have never been able to download it. The instruction after I purchased it. I contacted your site to explain my problem and the response
download instruction still doe s not work. So I've payed for the program and am having a frustrating experience trying to get it on the computer. I had Webroot protection last year and you would think it should be easy to re-install.

Needing help and could not get it

I renewed my program and I am not sure if is running. I could never find the login to give the new code. So , I do not know if it is really operating.

Good protection without a resource heavy program to slow your PC down

Pro's: Light in resource use, doesn't slowdown your pc at all
Con: I am also using this program on my phone and tablet but my Webroot account doesn't recognize this even though I used the same activation key for them as my laptop.

Just what the doctor ordered!

Works well. Stays in the background...no pop-ups and not constantly trying to sell me a new product. Webroot still supports XP which is important to me. I have this on an XP, Win 7, 8.1 &10 machine and performs well on all of them. Found a few viruses on the old XP machine that Avast had missed for years. Quick scans, light program, works well when I'm gaming or working and never slows my computers down. What more do ya want?
