I was not completely protected

Weroot Secureanywhere is basically a great product. The only problem I had was that something slipped through a couple years ago and I had to have my desktop and a laptop's operating systems reloaded. Now I do not have the original OS and have had problems every since. Therefore, I have changed virus protection software.

Slowed down my computer 60%

Since the day it was installed it slowed down my computer at over 60% and it has locked up three times:::: What is up with this product??? I would like a solution to this frustration::: This did not happen until I renewed::

It sounds like SecureAnywhere may not be functioning properly. The best course of action would be to contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp. They will be able to assist you to make sure that the software is working correctly.

i'm actually disappointed in this. installed on my cell and tablet, but the only thing I see is the constant notice to install yet another program. I thought this was complete...

No worries - ever

Webroot has created a user friendly and highly effective product. I have used the "other guys", with disappointing results, in the past. I installed this a few years ago, and have used on all my personal, work, and family devices...including mobile devices. This catches attacks immediately, and KILLS IT !!! Beautiful. I have peace of mind to the point I don't even think about it any longer while online....and let's all face it, we are ALL on line, for personal or business...and this is the product of choice.
