Need to change your renew process.

Product renewal came up one older computer, have a newer laptop that I got the Web root software. The renewal kept coming up for the older computer and when I tried to get the software loaded from the new subscription we were required to uninstall the software before the install could take place.

When a product is great what other words are needed. It has clearly stopped several attempts for viruses, etc to infiltrate my machine.
Ease of use below 4/5 -- there is some learning necessary .. but easy to master.
