My computer is still freezing, but not as often. I have to select control, alt, and delete about 3-5 times/day to have access to my computer. I have had a computer technician here after the installation, and he will come back here again next week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While Webroot does offer protection from malware and other various threats, it is not a cure all if your computer or operating system are having issues. Sounds like your computer might be experiencing hardware issues or something requiring a reset, however there are many variables so it's difficult to say.
