I CAN NOT INSTALL IT ON MY ASUS WINDOW 10 COMPUTER. 2. i HAVE IY ON MY HP COMPUTER AND NOW I AM GETTING ALL KINDS OF POP UPS ALL DAY LONGER. HOW DO I GET RID ODF THEM PERMANTLY.?

I have had Webroot for several years. I had not had any major issues. Easy to use and access. Can't put a price on peace of mind!

Great Product, Great Service!

I had a problem installing the software and emailed a support request explaining my problem. I got a prompt reply asking me to call them. I did, and within 5 minutes the problem (I'd tried to figure out for days) was fixed. The product works exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier that I'm as protected as possible when I'm online!
Overall a great product. Have not figured out how to tell if it’s actually working on my phone. Suppose to be protecting 3 devices, but only shows computers not phone. Overall though I am pleased with service

Since they only put up the good reviews, I am going to write one anyway. Did not get the Webroot toolbar icon so I could not manage passwords, Support was very slow and confusing. Community would not respond to my request. I am very disappointed so far.

Looks like the Community did respond to your request, I will copy/paste it here for visibility.
"The limitations in Windows Edge are dictated by Microsoft NOT Webroot. It's up to Microsoft to approve what addons work in Edge. Webroot has been wanting to add Edge to it's list of supported browsers, but it's not up to them. Supported browsers are also mentioned in Webroot's System Requirements. All users of ANY software should really read the system requirements before purchasing. I should also mention that even when using Microsoft Edge, Webroot will still protect your computer. Edge just doesn't support the Webroot Web Filtering Extension or Password Manager plugins at this time."
I was not able to download the webroot software and not able to load the disk that I bought. Did the Geek Squad prior installation interfere with my opportunity to use webroot independent of their pitch to renew their services?

You might need to uninstall/reinstall the Webroot client, or it could be as simple as updating the keycode on the program itself. Both of these can be quickly addressed if you reach out to us at 1-866-612-4227.
