I renewed this service on February 6, 2018. Every time I start my computer, I am told that I do not have protection.
Can you send me a link or something?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks like you purchased a new license, so it needs to be activated on your Webroot Secure Anywhere program. You can find this by opening the program, and clicking the gear icon next to where it says, "My Account". From there you can enter your new keycode, the one ending in 7249.

I've used WebRoot for 10 years and have never had a problem or concern. I have it on my computers, all MAC, and I Phones. I'd never consider any other product.

I have been using this for a few years now and it has not let me down one time it's caught anything that came through that needed to be caught. I also use it on my smart phone it's done better on it then anything I have used before. I would recommend this to anyone.

To the non computer folks this process is not as easy to install as shown ...some times it just isn't easy...i have Webroot on 3 computers ..have issues renewing ..each time

I use Webroot and recommend it to anyone who asks me about internet security. It is just as good if not better than one of their well known competitors and more affordable. The purchase this time is for my place of employment which was using a free microsoft security product that I had to supplement with other security software as the free one did not do well detecting malware and spyware. Since we are replacing our PC I thought it time to replace the security software as well.

Disappointing

I purchased this product as protection. And while I know there are viruses created at a rate that's tough to keep up with, I expected to be protected against Windows 10 viruses. I have gotten a W10 virus, had to pay to have Windows wiped and reinstalled, and bought this software so that wouldn't happen again. But it did. Really bummed.
