could not renew SAF2-WTFT-BD5D-33A6-A292, would not go thru. Had to create new account SACCONLN965584DE687A to keep protection going. The actual service is very good

I am disappointed that although I received two ticket numbers in respone to a question I never got a reply. My question was: is there a "deep" scan available? Windows Defender has one.
I keep getting a red page with an alert that I know is a scam and I would like to get rid of it or at least find it during a deep scan. The short "Quck" is not doing identifying it.
