I renewed my subscription on line and received a CD. The CD had a activation number on it. Am I supposed to download rthe CD also?

Great product

I have only had it a month but it works quietly and efficiently behind the scene. The one prior to this product really messed my computer up and would not work in the background. SO with that aspect I am very pleased. I am assuming since I have not had any problems with viruses and identity fraud it is doing it's job.

The software really does the job better than what I have had previously. The only reason it does not receive 5 stars from me is the online renewal process is difficult and confusing. It took me 3 tries to finally figure it out.

Does the job quietly in the background, so far, I have had no issues with Webroot. I will keep this one! I cannot believe how fast it scans, less that 12 minutes. The last one I had took hours.

This product "Internet Security Plus" is a good buy and It was easy to install. I was having a problem with some kind of bug in my system before I installed it and since the first scan my system is working fine.
