This is an excellent product and excellent tech. help. I have one suggestion that would have eliminated the problems I had with renewal: Instead of just offering your customers to renew for your current number of devices or upgrade ONLY, offer ALL of your options when someone is renewing. I needed to renew for a fewer number of devices and could not do so in a convenient manner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this product and immediately a new message came saying, the product I just purchased was expired. I never got a chance to install the product that was just purchased.

Webroot has been the best product for me for many years.
and they can't compare to Webroot at all! Not only in protection, but Webroot doesnt bog down my computer as other programs have done in the past.

Best Internet Security

Webroot was recommended to me by a family member. The previous product I had paid for and installed on my computer suddenly stopped working 2 months before the expiration date. I tried to troubleshoot the issue but gave up and decided to try something new that came highly recommended. I'm happy I made the switch. Webroot installed successfully and scanned my computer within minutes. No viruses found. Thank you!
