I give webroot 5 stars because I have used it in the past. However I am having problems with my online purchase of January 5, 2018 I have follow instructions to download and when I put in the key code from the e-mail I get a message that it is expired. Yes, I reentered to make sure I entered it correctly the same message comes up. I have requested a new key code and it has not been forthcoming.

So far I have had no issues, easy to install, runs scans in background. Does not slow down the computer. Plus the price was right.

Worry Free and Affordable Protection

I don't worry about Malware or other problems with Webroot and I love that you can choose how many devices you want to protect. My Mom had another software installed on her new computer by her "computer tech" even though I suggested Webroot, and less than 6 months later and several hundred dollars paid to said "computer tech" had to have it reset to factory settings due to malware. I then purchased Webroot for her, now we both have peace of mind. I haven't used anything other than Webroot since 2009 and don't plan on using anything else in the future.

After install desktop icons would not stay after relocating them. Some apps would not load after install. Did a system restore before I loaded this software and all is fine again.
