I need more information

I downloaded and paid for a renewal and the home page for my Webroot still say subscription expired. Also I must have clicked on an expanded service because I got a disc in the mail, it must have got lost because although the address was correct it arrived "Forwarded" to my address nearly a month after it was postmarked. I loaded it and need help with what to do next, my computer is running slow but all the security scan come up with no threats detected. I need a customer service number to talk directly to a human.

A good solid protection software

I have only had Webroot a couple of months, but it removed 3 trojans after I downloaded it.
I haven't really had any other issues yet. I don't have anything negative about Webroot so I gave it the 5 star rating.

The software itself is great. However, I had difficulty downloading it. The instructions should be clearer and much simpler. If the person who designed the system, is the one that procedures, than that is normally a problem. However, it does everything I want to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy and always working.

I've always used my work laptop for personal issues so I've never worried about security because I knew that our work IT guys kept everything up to date. Recently we've decided to buy a personal computer and I had heard the "free" temporary security software were data hogs so I didn't want to use them. So I started asking some of my Tech Savvy friends and they've referred me to Webroot. It seams to always be working, no problems and I've not had to call for support but if I needed to they're in Colorado which was another reason I went with them. Keep up the good work.

Best Economical Protection

Best all around protection to get on a budget. This shows you don't have to spend a bunch of money just to get the best protection for your devices. I have used Webroot once before and now I am honestly back to using it again. I have not been disappointed.

After renewal, still getting notices that I need to renew.

Even after renewing, I still continued receiving notices that I needed to renew, including a red icon on my ribbon. In addition, I occasionally get messages from McAfee saying I need to renew, which I am ignoring, and I have another icon that says Webroot is current, but not turned on, but when I try to turn it on, it does not "take." I need to do manual scans, and even then I get a message from Webroot that I need to renew right after renewing! When will this problem get solved?
I would recommend this to a friend!
