Had to uninstall MacAfee - which ate lot of Hard Disk Space - that is when I was introduced to WEBROOT by Geek Squad about 7 years back and since then - never looked back OR any option whatsoever . I depend on WEBROOT.

I rec'd a 2nd email wanting me to renew my subscription because they said I haven't had coverage for 2 mos. On 04/18/21 I emailed them and told them I had 336 days left on my new subscription.
Will have to think 2x to use this protection for renewal

While the purchase was easy enough it was only during setup that I found my computer was not compatible (It’s old and doesn’t meet the criteria any more for Webroot. I asked for a refund in a chat msg. Was told I could always transfer to a new device. I will not be getting a new device. I really cannot use the program and would like a refund. Otherwise I’ve bought for nothing. Apologies for the negative review, but it is reality.
Webroot provides great security and doesn't bog down the machine or harass me with messages. A great value as well. I am an IT consultant and recommend it to all my customers.
I have just WASTED over an hour of my life trying to log into my account!!! It took a very LONG time to set up and get accepted for passwords and questions and then when I entered them correctly I was told it was WRONG! I have a previous account that ends today and when asked to keep it seperate , I said yes, not the same! I think the old account info is being used in error! I will wait until tomorrow and try again and if I have this same crappy runaround I will ask for a refund!
