I had problems with someone accessing my computer, had Avast guy check it all out & he removed Webroot, is it ok to use Webroot with Avast i'm only a pensioner & don't want to be accessed again, so any help from you would be appreciated, thank you & have a love day Sam Abraham. PS not sure how to answer questions below?

Best protection plan

I have had issues with the "Internet Security Warning" popup and have tried many things to get rid of it. Nothing seems to work and when I bought Webroot they said it would take care of the problem. It has not. But instead of restarting my computer, I go to taskmanager and end Google Chrome and then restart it new - then everything is fine and I can continue with working on Photoshop or my CAD program without rebooting the system

I find that I have less probable with my PC with Webroot Secure. It locate most Virus and remove them.

Interesting Problem

I bought your product because it was reccommended to me by a friend. I installed it and ran the program as directed.
I had a lot of background programs running on my computer that were eating up my allotted 15 gb per month allowance.
After running the Webroot scan, I saw no change in my useage
I finally took it to a nearby computer repair store and they removed the background programs and my computer now runs very good. The store recommended I remove your program from my computer. They took if off.
It is interesting to me that your program never detected the problem. Every time I ran the scan, it came back with no viruses. Did I purchase the wrong fix it program ?
I am not good with computers but it seems to me that your system should have detected the problem. Please let me know what you think and what I can do in the future to keep the same situation from happening again.

Safe, secure and simple.

After using other brand name software, I've found Webroot was much less invasive and ran without slowing down other simultaneous tasks. The user interface is easy to understand and customize. I've been using Webroot since 2010, and I have not had any security breeches during this time period. I recommend Webroot to anyone looking for reliable, simple, and cost effective cybersecurity software.

Webroot is far superior to other Antivirus softwares

Before I discovered Webroot I tried many other antivirus software products. These other antivirus software products severely impaired the performance of my devices. They threw up ads constantly no matter how I tried to turn these "important notifications" off. And were constantly taking away features to force you into spending more on upgraded products. Webroot is easy to use, fast and has no impact on my devices performance. It is also important to me that they are USA based. Thank you Webroot, you've got a very happy customer!
