Easy to Install for a Non-Techie

I have had Webroot protection for several years and I must say I feel completed protected. I am not a Techie so I needed something that was easy to install, simple to use, and takes care of itself. It runs in the background and provides reports if you want to see what the software has done. Another anti-virus protection program came as a trial with a new computer I bought. Once the trial was over, I installed Webroot as it was far superior. I am happy and have no intention to change to anything else.

I wish there was a better support system in place. I have lots of questions about functionality I'd like answered. A live support of chat room would be great. Having trouble resetting my password so that I can use your email support .
