Too difficult and time consuming to activate

Took multiple attempts to activate even after carefully following directions.

There are two ways to apply your Webroot keycode:
1. Apply it as part of the installation process: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
2. If you already have the program installed you can follow these steps to apply a keycode to the existing installation:
- Open SecureAnywhere and click the gear icon next to My Account.
- Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode" and click "Activate."

This product disabled my print function after following its recommendations.

I followed its suggestion to delete a program that had possible malware and now I cannot print or even add my printer. My printer still functions from other devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Effective

Since installing Webroot on my devices they have all worked perfectly, kept my advised of any threats, and eliminated possible problems. It also lets me know if any sight I attempt to enter is safe. I think it is superior to any cybersecurity program I have ever tried. Also, their personnel are very helpful in making sure I understand the program and how to use it most effectively.

Excellent Protection

Have used WEBROOT in the past with good results. It doesn't use as many resources as a number of other Security Suites do. I use other on demand Malware scanners occasionally as further protection. It has received excellent ratings from PC Magazine.
