Because Microsoft has defender already without charge. This needs to be disabled in order for use of webroot which quite costly each ;year. So when I bought this new computer, I cancelled my webroot, no problems, no viruses. Trying now to get money returned for subscription renewed Nov. 2025 since I no longer have it onlmy computer

I don't know why you keep charging me, and then sending me the disks in the green package. My computer does not accept those disks. Could you explain the excess charges, and why those large disks? I keep telling you to uninstall, or explain how to use the disks you send. I am not a techie.

That being said it's also possible to install your Webroot software without using the CD> please start with creating your online account here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/accounts, and then go to the download section to get your software.
