Confusing experience b/c I received a Webroot disk without any advance notice as to why, and I rec'd popup dialogs saying the application was not working properly. To this day, I am not sure if it is working as it should.

I have had Webroot for years and been extremely happy with it. I recently renewed. My phone version still needs some tweeks that I know not how to do. I was unable to get it to work on my MacBook! This is on me but I don’t knowhow to solve this problem. HELP!?

I have to date found this issue to be a good protective product for my computer use and mobile phone, the reason I did not give it a five star rating is my belief is that there is always room for improvement, as is true with other products which preform similar actions.

It would be nice if the user would be able to have some control as to what happens in certain conditions. It gives a report of what is wrong, but has NO way to go in and take care of said issues.
