I renewed my subscription on time but I have had to activate it several times. I just got an Email today wanting me to renew again saying that I am not protected. I have computers in my account that I don't have and I can't delete them from my account. Webroot works but their support is a joke.

never have I ever had a Security App that was so “set it and forget it” — occasionally I get a Memory Leak Message which I haven’t figured out yet — don’t know if it is an issue that needs to be addressed — I also use Advanced System Care pro which hasn’t detected that issue — have not had any issues with my Laptop that I haven’t created myself (clicking on things I shouldn’t have) — I call it an App because this is only an interface accessing Webroot’s servers — the Scan is set to run Daily — it’s barely noticeable — will continue to use as long as the price stays the same — it is a good partner to Advanced System Care and is recommended buy the Geek Squad Secret Agents behind the Curtains — it is on my phone also — never had an issue with the phone although I have an iPhone that stays pretty secure on its own

I have been using Webroot for years on my labtop when I caught a computer virus. I recently decided to use it on my phone, because too much is going on with attacks effecting phone apps. Now I feel secure in using apps and going on the internet using my phone.

the best part for me about Webroot is that there work is subtle, and never requires my attention. They keep my computer protected and for a business owner that juggles a lot during the course of a day, that is appreciated to be able to trust in Webroot to do their job
